The legendary PWC Racer and IJSBA Hall of Famer, Chris MacClugage of Macc Racing did it yet again on the National Tour, he brought home consecutive wins! Chris is riding his own Macc Racing boats, proving that ‘Faster Than Factory’ is an option!Chris MacClugage raced with ‘Heart and Soul’ at both APBA rounds on the Colorado River on his Monster Energy machine. The winds were blowing steady, the current was flowing and the Bluewater Casino and Resort provided the background tapestry for fast laps on a wide open track with a few hectic technical turns.
Chris charged hard through the race pack to take the Overall Wins! He was especially pleased with the Pro Ski GP Class, as stand up racing is where it all began in our sport. For those who have enjoyed the experience of racing stand ups, it’s the ‘real deal’, pitting riders against their own level of physical fitness as well as their race machines. But nothing stops a fully loaded Macc Racing Yamaha FZR!
The stock runabout was built by Chris and dialed in with help from Chuta, the Macc Racing mechanic from Japan. Macc Racing would like to thank all their supporting sponsors and looks forward to the upcoming race season!
