How do I navigate the site?
1) By brand name for example (R&D, Jet Pilot, Hydro-Turf, UMI)
2) By using the search bar with key words like: Manufacturer, Part Numbers, and descriptions for example: (Kawasaki, 111-80000, SX-R 800 Scoop Grate)
How do I place an order online?
1) Adding products to your shopping cart
2) Clicking the [add to cart] icon next to the items you wish to purchase
3) Finish by clicking the [checkout] icon after you have selected all of the items you wish to buy.
4) Clicking the [buy now] button next to any item will immediately take you to the check out page
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
If you wish to pay by cashiers check or money order, simply follow the steps below:
*A sales tax of 7.85% is automatically added to all Arizona sales.
What Shipping Methods can I use?
Ground shipping will be shipped USPS (7-10) business days in continental U.S. The also will be options for UPS 3-Day, Ups 2-Day, and Ups Next Day Air. Pricing will depend on weight and size of item being shipped. Shipping times vary from product to product.
How will I know if you have received my order?
Once check out is complete Macc Racing is immediately notified that we have a new order. You are then sent an email notification that your order has reached our processing center.

When will I be charged for the order?
First, we check to see if the product(s) is in stock and ready for delivery. If so, we charge your card immediately so that we can ship your product(s) the same or next day that we received your order request.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once product is ordered our customer service department will send and email with all of the tracking information. If you would like this please email all of your information including name and order number to service@maccracing.com
How will I know if the product is on back-order?
One of our Macc Racing customer service representatives will contact you in the event a product is on back order, from there we will decide the best option for fulfilling the order.
How do I get more information about a product?
Macc Racing has highly experienced, hand-picked sales and tech experts that will be able to answer any questions that you might have regarding all products and accessories.
